Lumbar support meets the lower curve of your back. Pneumatic height adjustment gets the seat to the right level for your desk and screen, and the tilt mechanism gives you somewhere to go when you need to lean off.

Care & Maintenance

  1. Clean the mesh backrestVacuum the mesh weekly with a soft brush attachment to lift dust from the weave. For marks, dab with a cloth dampened in mild soapy water and let it air-dry fully before use — never soak the mesh or use solvent cleaners, which weaken the fibres.
  2. Condition the upholsteryWipe with a dry microfibre cloth weekly. Every three months, apply a small amount of leather conditioner to keep the surface supple — important in Saudi Arabia's dry indoor climate, where untreated leather can crack. Keep the chair out of direct sunlight.
  3. Check the height mechanismRaise and lower the seat through its full travel once a month. Smooth, even movement means the gas lift is healthy; if the seat sinks under load, the cylinder needs replacing — it is a serviceable part, not a reason to replace the chair.
  4. Re-tighten the fixingsEvery six months, check the bolts under the seat and at the armrests with the supplied key. Fixings loosen gradually with daily use, and tightening them early prevents wear on the joints.
